No Examination on Sallah Day – NECO Clarifies

The National Examinations Council (NECO) has announced that they didn’t fix any exams on salah day.

This was contained in a statement issued on Monday by the examination body and signed on its behalf by the head of the information and public relations division, Azeez Sani. The statement reads in part, The National Examinations Council (NECO) wishes to state that it has not scheduled any examination for Saturday 9th July, 2022. This is contrary to insinuations in some quarters that the Council has scheduled examination for 9th July, 2022, which is Sallah Day (Eid- Adha).
